The location it has close to restaurants and lovely cottage style tea rooms as well as the centre of Shanklin within easy walk of the old village, shops, beach and tearooms is incredible and wonderful.  

Little and incredibly friendly hotel in a lovely area just next door to independent shops and cafes and Shanklin at noon after a smooth crossing from Portsmouth to Fishbourne. Exceptional service, nice and informative staff during stay. Gorgeous options 

Came here for 2 night stay, had an excellent experience. The breakfasts were enjoyable. The staff was accommodating, gave advice about the city. The venue's position was very central.

New-fashioned and pet-friendly rooms, reasonably spacious bathroom. Magnificent fab location, on the coast of the Isle of Wight near Ventnor. Very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staffs, gave a few recommendations.

The location was perfect, within a close distance from a wooded coastal ravine. There was a wide range of restaurants and cafés nearby to try. I ate at a small restaurant for evening meals. The beds were very big

Welcoming staff, lovely views of the village, everything is good. The location is very central. For tea and goodies visit The Copper Kettle, located close by.

Units with great view. Great and lovely location just off many Shanklin attractions and shops and places. Again, walking distance to Rylstone Gardens.

The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely superb with local ingredients, brilliant food.

The room was beautifully decorated and pet-friendly, had a work desk, multi-channel TV and a seating area. The morning breakfast was rich and delicious with an exceptional amount and fantastic homemade jams, for example.
